Right of return

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to cancel the purchase without giving a reason and without any penalty. To return a product, first ask for a return number and instructions at comercial@bytenova-angola.com or +244 974 917 300. We only accept returns agreed with us in advance.

Conditions

  • The product must be returned within the deadline, complete, in its original factory packaging and with no signs of use.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer when the reason is dissatisfaction. For faults, wrong items or transport damage, ByteNova refunds the shipping once confirmed.
  • Not accepted: opened software, licences, vouchers, gift cards and games; products installed by third parties; computers not returned in their delivered condition; custom-made, perishable and personal-care items.

Refund amount

Unused (category A): 100%. Used or incomplete (category B): 50% to 70%. Software, memory and drives: category A only.
