These terms govern purchases from the ByteNova Technologies online store (Luanda, Angola). By placing an order the customer accepts them.
Products and prices
Photos are illustrative. Descriptions and specifications come from the manufacturers. Prices are final prices in Kwanzas (Kz) and may change until the order is completed.
Orders and availability
An order is valid once payment is confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable the order is cancelled and refunded within 20 days.
Payment
Bank transfer, deposit or Multicaixa reference, in Kwanzas, within 2 working days. Send proof of payment with your order number to comercial@bytenova-angola.com. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 2 working days.
Delivery
Free express delivery in Luanda within 3 working days of payment, on working days between 09:00 and 16:00. Other provinces by partner carrier. Report wrong or damaged deliveries within 24 hours.
Warranty and returns
Manufacturer's warranty applies. See the Exchanges and returns page.
Law
